Properties: Crystals, mp 36-37°. bp19 130°. Decomposes on contact with moisture or in a warm place. Soluble in carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, ether, oils. Marketed as a mixture with an equal part of an absorbent powder. Incompat. Water, alkalies, heat.

Boiling point: bp19 130°
CAUTION: Strong oxidizing agent. Can cause severe skin burns.
Use: Germicide; in bleaching of flour and food oils.
