Properties: Crystalline mass. d 2.29. Reddens on exposure to air. Turns brownish-black when heated. Deliquescent. Forms potassium selenite with selenious acid. Forms potassium hydroselenide with hydrogen selenide. Sol in water; insol in ammonia.
