Use: Solvent in paint removers, for cellulose acetate; degreasing and cleaning fluids; as solvent in food processing. Extraction solvent for spice oleoresins, hops, for removal of caffeine from coffee. Pharmaceutic aid (solvent). Aerosol propellant; insecticide.
