Properties: Known in aq soln only. Keep refrigerated! Colorless soln, turns yellow on standing at room temp, even in the dark. Careful evapn in vacuo at -12° yields about a 50% soln. Dec on heating to 100°. Can be dil with cold water.
CAUTION: Highly irritating to skin, eyes, mucous membranes.
Use: Oxidizing agent.
