Properties: Very deliquescent, cryst powder; odorless or with slight odor; discolors in light. Very sol in water, sparingly in alc. The aq soln is slightly acid to litmus. Keep tightly closed and protected from light.
Therap-Cat: Anti-infective (urinary).
Therap-Cat-Vet: Has been used as a urinary antiseptic.
