Properties: Yellowish-green, long, rhombic needles from benzene. Stable to air. d420 2.03. mp 172.5°. bp 407.5°. Insol in cold water. Dec by hot water, yielding H2S. Soly in carbon disulfide (20°): about 60% (w/w). Sol in benzene, similar hydrocarbons, phosphorus trichloride.
