Title: Lupulin
Literature References: Glandular trichomes separated from strobiles of Humulus lupulus L., Moraceae (hops). Habit. Europe, Asia, North America; widely cultivated. Constit. Lupamaric acid, humulol, about 3% volatile oil; resin, choline, wax (myricin), tannin, asparagin. Not less than 60% of lupulin is sol in ether.
Therap-Cat: Aromatic bitter, sedative.
Therap-Cat-Vet: Formerly in nymphomania.
